Group policies and different cancellation policies may be applied and a deposit may be charged under the following circumstances:

- 1 room is booked for 3 nights or more

- 2 or more rooms are booked for 1 night or more

Please inform Gion Miyagawacho Grandereverie in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

If guests do not check-in by 20:00 without prior notice, their reservation will be cancelled and cancellation fees will be charged to their credit cards.

The front desk is open between 11:00 – 20:00. Once check-in is complete, guests can enter or leave the property at any time 24-hours a day.

Towels and amenities will be provided for the first 3 consecutive nights. For guests staying 4 consecutive nights or more, bed linen, towel exchange and rubbish disposal will provided once every 3 days.

Additional cleaning services can be provided for an additional fee. Due to room cleaning, guests will be asked to evacuate their rooms between 11:00-15:00.

Please note children 12 years and under cannot stay at this property. If guests arrive with children 12 years and under upon check-in, the booking may be cancelled and cancellation charges may be applied.

Please note that the property is entirely non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking area only, which is located on the ground floor. For security reasons, the smoking area is only available between 11:00-20:00. Please kindly note that the non-smoking areas include the toilet, kitchen, staircase and balcony. Smoking in non-smoking areas will incur a fine that will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
